Open Position


We are hiring engaging individuals who are looking to grow within a company and are driven to succeed. Preferably those with at least 2 years experience in sourcing sales opportunities through high-volume phone and email communications are preferred but not required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Call a significant number of potential merchants and generate new business
  • Follow up on all leads and maintain a very active pipeline daily
  • Asking for referrals from prospects and clients
  • Explaining costs and preparing paperwor
  • Build intimate knowledge of new partners and referral sources for potential funding transactions for MCA
  • Manage partner relationships through relationship management, account review and increasing funding volumes over time
  • Gain knowledge of lending process at MCA to gain product and process knowledge as well as facilitate targeting with partners
  • Contact end customers of all transactions to also build end customer relationship in conjunction with partner efforts
  • Generate, identify and qualify potential prospects
  • Documenting communications with potential customers and partners
  • Overcoming technical and business objections of potential clients
  • Documenting communications with potential customers

Qualifications for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-4 years of direct sales (inbound or outbound calling) experience
  • Positive and resilient attitude
  • You have tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • You have a great personality with superior communications skills
  • You focus on your goals and a have a great desire to succeed
  • You pride yourself on delivering results and understand the importance of self-accountability
